About Eduardo
I began studying holistic health in 1993 while attending
Tufts University. The Journey began with study in T’ai
Chi, Martial Arts, Meditation, Yoga, and the Alexander
Technique. Bodywork and movement helped me recover from
sports injuries and some emotional issues as well. I
previously taught both Tennis and Skiing, and am still
an active athlete.
Mind/body synergy has always been the focus
of my work. I have am constantly looking for new innovative
and effective techniques to help people manage the stress
of modern living as well as recovering from injury, pain,
and various types of trauma. Beyond this, bodywork is not
just for treating dis-ease and symptoms, it can also be a
path to greater health, joy, peace, fulfillment, self-reflection
and person growth in life.
Because I’ve studied various modalities,
I can address problems from different angles and use the
best tools for each individual client each session. I have
a solid understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and how
structure affects function and can be of assistance with many
physical issues. I also have many years of experience helping
people understand and move through somato-emotional tension.
I work with both children and adults.
